Football has always been more than a game to me. It's a discipline, a community and a business — and I've chosen to dedicate my career to understanding every part of it.
Today I'm focused on roles where I can make a real difference: developing players and staff, strengthening the day-to-day operation of a football department, and helping clubs and organisations plan for sustained success.
