Where it started.
Like so many people in the game, my relationship with football began as a passion — watching, playing, studying how great teams were put together. Over time that passion became a clear professional direction.
I became fascinated not just by what happens on the pitch, but by everything that makes it possible: the coaching that develops players, the operations that keep a club running, the leadership that sets its culture and the business decisions that secure its future.
That curiosity has shaped my career. Rather than seeing football through one narrow lens, I've worked to understand the whole club — and how each part affects the others.
